LEAN Manager

Full Job Description

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen within one of the leading FMCG businesses in the GCC region. They are currently hiring for a Lean Manager to join their dynamic and high performing team based in Kuwait.

As the Lean Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing all LEAN activities within the business
* Developing and executing a 3-year LEAN master plan
* Review and report the effectiveness of the implemented LEAN plans
* Drive the continuous improvement of the companys LEAN process by initiating and designing a plant-wide LEAN plan
* Manage and lead a team of LEAN assistants

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

* LEAN education and/or LEAN-related bachelors degree
* Minimum of 20 years of experience within a production environment
* At least 5 years of proven LEAN management experience
* Experience working in the food and drinks industry
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent leadership ability
