Full Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of elevator installation projects from planning to
    completion.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, engineers,
    architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain installation schedules, ensuring adherence to
    timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to installation teams, including engineers,
    supervisors,
  • technicians and subcontractors, to ensure work is performed efficiently
    and to company standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and
    ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate the
    delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  • Review and approve installation plans, drawings, and specifications to
    ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project
    documentation as required.
  • Foster a culture of safety among installation teams, promoting adherence
    to safety protocolsand procedures at all times.
  • Provide comprehensive training programs for engineers, supervisors, and
    technicians, ensuring their proficiency in elevator installation techniques, safety protocols,
    and equipment operation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related
    field preferred.
  • Proven experience in elevator installation or a related field, with a
    minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and installation
    techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
    manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and
    motivating teams.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
    build rapport with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Software.
