Hotel Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are
looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily
operations of our hotel in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing the staff, ensuring optimal customer service,
and implementing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
levels.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality
management with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We
are also open to consider a foreigner with no experience but with
proven leadership skills. The candidate should be able to plan and
organize activities, set goals for employees, and provide guidance and
support when needed. Excellent communication skills, customer service
orientation, and problem-solving abilities are essential requirements
for this position.
As the Hotel Manager, you will be
responsible for all aspects of hotel operations including budgeting,
staff training and development, marketing plans, cost control plans,
safety protocols, as well as maintaining high standards of guest
service at all times.
