We are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel operations, including the management of personnel and resources. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a busy and vibrant environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should also have excellent organizational skills, as well as good problem solving and decision making abilities.

The successful applicant will be expected to ensure that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently, while ensuring that customer service standards are maintained at all times. In addition to this, they will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, such as the maintenance of facilities, ensuring that all safety regulations are met at all times and managing staff schedules and payrolls. They will also be required to handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
