Position: Hotel Manager
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1200

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the hotel staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position requires a person with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills who can work well under pressure. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing successful hotels. We are open to considering a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, maintenance, security and other staff
• Supervise staff to ensure friendly customer service is provided at all times
• Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel premises
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Develop financial plans for the hotel and oversee budgeting activities
• Monitor all revenue sources to ensure maximum profitability is achieved
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in managing successful hotels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: 1200 per month.
