HR manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of all Human Resources operations. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a creative problem solver, and have the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate must also have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should have an understanding of local labor laws and regulations.

In addition, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate an ability to bring innovation to the HR department as well as provide excellent customer service in collaboration with other departments. The successful candidate should also have a good knowledge of human resources information systems (HRIS).
