Key
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured HR training program covering various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, compensation & benefits and operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record keeping.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Kuwaiti Nationality is a mandatory requirement.
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for a career in HR with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to work as part of a team and contribute to the organisation's success.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus but not required.
