Key Responsibilities

- Engage in department-specific projects and operations in IT, Finance, Marketing, and HR.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex organizational challenges.

- Complete significant projects addressing real-world business issues, to be presented to executives.

- Participate in regular performance reviews to receive constructive feedback and improve leadership skills.

Qualifications

- Completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or other relevant Masters-degree program, from an accredited U.S. university.

- Exceptional communication skills.

- Excellent team collaboration capabilities.

- Quick to adapt and learn new software or tools.

- Authorized to work in the United States and willing to relocate to Kuwait.

What We Offer

- Tax-free competitive annual salary, dependent on experience, between $70,000-$85,000 per year
