Construction Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
We
are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team
in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing the construction of projects, from start to finish, while
also ensuring that the highest safety standards are
met.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire construction
process from start to finish
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of
construction projects
• Develop and implement safety protocols for
construction sites
• Monitor project progress and ensure it meets
deadlines
• Prepare reports on completed projects and budgets
•
Maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and
other stakeholders
• Negotiate materials purchases and
contracts
• Ensure compliance with local building
regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a
Construction Manager or in a related role.
• Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of
safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet
deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•
BSc/BA in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
We
are offering a salary of 1300 with attractive benefits for the right
