We are seeking a Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) based in Kuwait to lead our sustainability team and drive our company's sustainability strategy. As the CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices, ensuring alignment with environmental and social responsibility objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and drive environmental and social responsibility projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into company operations and processes.
• Identify and mitigate sustainability risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance.
• Stay updated on global sustainability trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chief Sustainability Officer or similar leadership role.
• Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, certifications, and global best practices.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in driving sustainability initiatives within a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of environmental and social responsibility principles and regulations.
• Experience in Kuwait or the Middle East region is preferred.
