Full Job Description

Our Client  is a global business consulting and internal audit firm composed of experts specializing in risk, advisory and transaction services. 

Position Summary:

As a member of the team within the Consulting team, position will be responsible to demonstrate understanding of human resource management concepts and efficiently apply the knowledge to develop client solutions for clients across various industries in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:-

Client Responsibilities:– 

• Participate and help engagement managers to lead complex transformation projects working effectively as team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team on progress;
• Lead and manage small to medium size human capital consulting projects with team of consultant;
• Develop and maintain client relationship through curse of project and help client solve future issues and generate lead;
• Assist in designing, conceptualizing and preparing reports for client delivery;
• Ability to understand and conceptualize client issues in meaningful and impactful scope of work and design our solutions across the scope of work to develop meaningful proposals; and
• Build strong internal and external relationship with team of other service lines and globally.

Team Responsibility:- 

• Develop consultants through effectively supervising on projects; and provide continuous learning and development feedback.
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures and act as guide/buddy to new employees to help on boarding;
• Demonstrate our fundamental values : professional respect to all team members; personal accountability; trustworthiness; and teamwork

Desired Profile:-

• 5-8 years of consulting experience;
• Consulting background and Big4 OR HC/Boutique consulting experience will be preferred;
• Bi Lingual (English / Arabic) is necessary;
• Local Kuwait transferable visa will be an added benefit; and
• Willing to travel is must
