Full Job Description

Operational Duties

  • Develops plans for new Bank products and services, including:
  • Prepare local banks comparatives based on monitoring the market and keeping updated with the latest trends, technology, and competitor services
  • Planning new segments/products/services proposals that are parallel to Bank’s strategy, vision and mission
  • Preparing Business Plans for new proposals, including future projections and feasibility, marketing guidelines
  • Coordinates with Corporate communications division to prepare full marketing collaterals for each products/service launch/campaigns
  • Coordinating for the launching of the Product/service
  • Enhance existing segments/products/services, including:
  • Setting up templates and standardizing required analysis for performance evaluation
  • Conducting performance evaluation of existing segments/products/services, including financial returns of past promotional events, customer satisfaction, and the sales and general returns per Product
  • Monitoring the market and conducting financial analysis of existing Bank P&S, including customer and client feedback, focusing on how to improve on P&S
  • Preparing suggestions for restructuring the products, if necessary
  • If approved, managing the restructuring process; coordinating with the re-launch campaigns
  • Reviewing various Credit Card fees, optimizing them according to Market trends and customer feedback
  • Cards Issuance Report
  • MIS Report
  • Issuing/Acquiring Transaction Report Provision
  • Central Bank Reporting
  • Visa/MasterCard Report
  • Relative Party

Ad hoc projects to support Executive Management's decision

  • Sees to any additional request made by Division Head or Executive
