**Job Title: Staff Analyst**
**Position Overview**
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, business partners and direct reports. Responsible for site/entity compliance with local laws, Boeing policies and procedures, develops and manages the operating budget. Performs operations management and compliance, Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management. Implements HR processes for international local hire employees (i.e. onboarding, leave services and employment termination) and provides guidance and assistance for international assignee with routine issues or concerns. Performs facility operations and assists with non-real-property planning and project administration, and facilities provisioning. Coordinates office and property accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data. Implements organization policies, programs, processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while ensuring compliance with applicable government and company security and fire regulations (e.g., business preparedness, country evacuation planning and crisis management, secure badge renewals). Supports procurement agent at local site in negotiating vendor costs and in coordinating and organizing activities.
**Position Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
+ Create quarterly, monthly and annual reports and presentations to include PMR, CDRL, KPI and other site reports
+ Staffing report updates
+ Create visit requests, base pass requests, car pass requests, exit letters, salary certificate
+ Create interview booklets, interview panels, schedule interview appointments
+ Update organizational charts, organize onboard training, support employees exit procedures
+ Assist all new hires with expense reports and on boarding
+ Provide Business Support by becoming a CRI focal, monitor CRI projects, participate in Lean Ambassador, Support on BPSM's and become a qualified Lean Ambassador
+ Support in all aspects of contract preparations
+ Control Account Management (CAM) Assistant and attend all CAM meetings and finance reviews
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ Year experience in a business support services-based role
+ Effective influencing skills working with managers and supervisors.
+ Demonstrable experience in effective verbal and written communications
+ Communicates confidently and persuasively with a clear sense of audience and appropriate tone.
+ Demonstrates logical thought processes in communications.
+ Articulates complex issues in a concise and readily understood manner.
+ This position requires the ability to work independently under time constraints and stress, in a demanding, on call, around the clock operational environment.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**
+ Ability to adapt to non-English speaking cultural environment, work independently with minimal supervision and be flexible in terms of working hours and shifts.
+ Experience supporting C-17 Globemaster III program and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) in a multi-national environment is a plus.
+ Strong customer focus (both external and internal).
+ Ability to work on multiple tasks when under pressure
**Typical Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree and typically more than 5 years' relevant work experience

This position is part of the on-site C-17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program maintenance team supporting the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) C-17 aircraft based at Al Mubarak Air Base Kuwait. Applicant will participate in organizational level maintenance activities (e.g. flight line tasks including aircraft servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and component replacement, and structural repair) associated with day-to-day operations of C-17 Globemaster III aircraft to meet KAF mission requirements.
Additionally, participation in Intermediate level maintenance activities (e.g. back-shop tasks including component repair, test set operation, battery charging, and scheduled periodic inspections) will be required.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ English is the primary language of the KAF community on the airbase in Kuwait. All technical data to perform the tasks and training are in English.
+ Competency in reading, comprehension and speaking the English language is necessary.
+ Assembles, disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing, removing, replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
+ Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul.
+ Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
+ Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
+ Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components.
+ Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).
+ Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **C-17 Product Repair/Mod Technician** to support Boeing Global Services in **Al Mubarak Air Base Kuwait** .
This position is part of the on-site C-17 Globemaster III Integrated Sustainment Program maintenance team supporting the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) C-17 aircraft based at Al Mubarak Air Base Kuwait. Applicant will participate in organizational level maintenance activities (e.g. flight line tasks including aircraft servicing, inspections, fault diagnosis and component replacement, and structural repair) associated with day-to-day operations of C-17 Globemaster III aircraft to meet KAF mission requirements.
Additionally, participation in Intermediate level maintenance activities (e.g. back-shop tasks including component repair, test set operation, battery charging, and scheduled periodic inspections) will be required.
**Position Responsibilities:**
· English is the primary language of the KAF community on the airbase in Kuwait. All technical data to perform the tasks and training are in English. Competency in reading, comprehension and speaking the English language is necessary.
· Leads the assembly, disassembly and/or modification of systems by the change, removal, replacement or upgrade of aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes.
· Oversee assembly, disassembly or overhaul.
· Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
· Directs troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
· Oversees validation/verification testing of systems and components.
· Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results).
· Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.
· Leads and supervises others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations).
· Provides training and mentors others.
· Works under minimal direction.
**This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
· 5+ years of C17 Maintenance experience
· Current (or the ability to obtain U.S Security Clearance)
· Ability to obtain work visa depending on requirements of the country.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
· Experience in avionics systems
**Typical Education/ Experience:**
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
**Relocation:**
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility
